Diversity Focus Celebrates 5 Years

It was a pleasure to celebrate 5 years of Impact with Elizabeth Lang, CEO of Diversity Focus and her team.

Elizabeth and her team focus on how inclusiveness, diversity and acceptance of multi-cultural space(s) require a much needed conversation with a holistic approach around training, research and accessibility in a theoretical and practical way.

I also had the pleasure of chatting with Sisonke Msimang whose words really resonated with me in the importance of the development of trust as underpinning the conversations of change. Definitely check out her Ted talk, well worth it!
